Hello, I’m Jasmine
I’m Jasmine, and I run Pebble & Tide on my own from Portreath, cleaning and organising homes across West Cornwall. Organising and cleaning are genuine passions for me. There’s nothing I enjoy more than seeing a space transformed, and the relief on someone’s face when it’s done.
I have ADHD, and when it comes to organising, it’s my superpower. Once I start on a space, I’m completely absorbed in it. I spot the little details, stay with every job from start to finish, and don’t stop until it feels just right.

Questions people ask
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes. I bring all my own eco-friendly products, cloths and tools. The only things I’ll ask you to have ready are a vacuum cleaner and a mop.
Do I need to buy storage for organising?
Not necessarily. I’m happy to work with what you already have. Before we start, we’ll make a plan together, and if new containers or storage would help, I’ll let you know what to get. Usually clients buy these themselves, but you can also give me a budget and I’ll pick them up for you.
What if I’m embarrassed about the state of my home?
Please don’t be. Life gets busy and homes get on top of all of us. I never judge, and the messier it is, the more satisfying the transformation.
How much does it cost?
Organising is £110 for a half day (4 hours) or £190 for a full day (7 hours). Cleaning starts at £18 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. Deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and holiday let changeovers are quoted by the size of your home, and every quote is free.
What happens in an organising session?
We start with a free video call so I can see the space and hear what’s bothering you about it. On the day, we go through everything together. You decide what stays, goes, is donated or sold, and I build simple systems that fit how you actually live, so it stays that way.
Will you take things away?
Not at the moment, as I don’t drive yet. I’ll sort everything into labelled bags for donating, selling, recycling or the tip, ready for you to drop off, and I can point you to local charities that collect.
Do I need to be home?
Not for cleaning. Lots of clients give me a key, which I keep in a locked safe with a coded label, never your name or address. For organising, it works best if you’re there, because you make the decisions about your things.
How do I pay?
Regular clients get one invoice on the 24th of each month, due by the 1st. One-off cleans and organising sessions are paid on the day by bank transfer. Organising dates are secured with a 25% deposit.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a clean. Shorter notice is charged at 50%, and same-day cancellations in full. You can read everything in my client policies.
Are you insured?
Yes. I have public liability insurance, so you’re covered in the rare case of an accident in your home.
